Bega Group's Ridge Street site is undergoing its biggest transformation yet, with a $50 million investment driving growth and investment. We’re seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator who is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials and stock using a forklift, while accurately tracking daily stock usage to support smooth site operations.

Join our passionate production team at Bega on the Sapphire Coast of NSW in a full-time perm role, where we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality dairy products enjoyed across Australia. You'll be part of a supportive, safety-focused and collaborative team that keeps our manufacturing operations running smoothly every day.

Our Ridge street site in Bega NSW services many customers in a contract manufacturing capacity focused on packaged, natural and processed cheeses. These include the renowned Bega cheese blocks- mild, tasty, and vintage, shredded and cubed cheese, natural slices, parmesan, colby, mozzarella and burger cheese slices.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the safe and efficient movement of pallets, products, packaging materials, and stock across storage areas, production lines, and loading docks using a forklift.
  • Monitor, label, scan, and record all stock movements to maintain accurate inventory levels and effective stock control.
  • Conduct routine inspections of loads, pallets, and racking, identifying and reporting damaged or non‑conforming stock.
  • Maintain correct stock rotation practices and prepare accurate stock reports, log sheets, and inventory documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with production, logistics, and warehouse teams while complying with all Workplace Health & Safety (OH&S), Food Safety, and Quality standards.

About You

  • Valid forklift licence with demonstrated experience in operational environments.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including accurate use of inventory and warehouse management systems.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the business.
  • Ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment while consistently meeting operational goals and targets.
  • Highly self‑motivated, with strong written and verbal communication skills and a high attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and team success.
